๐Ÿ“˜ Introduction

Welcome, Players of Frisbee Gaming! This category houses the rules for the Frisbee Gaming project. They have been collectively written over weeks of hard work and are necessary to ensure all interaction within the server is fair and fun. It might look like a long read, but you must know these rules to play on the server.

That said, if you cannot seem to understand a rule or need further clarification on how/when/where it applies, be sure to ask in #Community-chat and our staff will answer your concerns.

It is strongly suggested that you at least glance through the rules in the meantime!

By playing on Frisbee Gaming, you submit to the fact that you have read these rules and are aware that there may be negative consequences if rules are not adhered to.

And, if you're wondering, so long as you have the @tosser role attached to your Discord account and you stay logged into it, you can join and play on the Frisbee Gaming project on FiveM.

โš–๏ธ The Big Three

In an attempt to allow for more dynamic and natural roleplay, we have decided to trial a far less strict version of the rules. We will now define what is meant by FailRP. Historically, FailRP is often used to cover many bases, and in this particular occurrence, it isn't much different. Our entire rule structure is set around the 'Big Three' questions:

"Is what I am about to do justifiable?"

"Is what I am about to do going to impact another's story in a meaningful way?"

"Is what I am about to do reasonable, realistic and probable?"

FailRP: Unless your answer is yes to all of these, then you can consider the action you are about to commit to as FailRP.

FailRP will result in a conversation with the staff team; however, it is our intention to teach rather than punish for this.

Repeated offences will result in punishments being applied where required, but we are aware that each person has a different perspective on this. We would hope that our community is both mature and understanding enough to listen and understand one another's perspective, and it's for this reason that we are trialling this.

Rule Overriding:

You may overturn rules within the 'info-' sections provided the "The Big Three" are satisfied and it makes sense for that action to organically happen. However, if [*] is written into that statement, then it cannot be changed even with all boxes ticked.

Under no circumstances should players aim to artificially satisfy "The Big Three" in order to overrule these sections, or to justify entering into a shootout for the sake of a shootout.

๐Ÿ“– Player Wealth vs Story Progression

A note is required here about this - specifically when it comes to Police, Criminal, and Gang interaction.

The rule above suggests that you must always be impacting a player's story in a meaningful way. This does not mean that you must always be progressing financially or in terms of assets, even if you 'win' or 'lose' a situation.

Sometimes a loss can be considered motivation - and with these changes, we are truly aiming to prioritise the shared story narrative above all else.

You cannot suggest a player has broken "The Big Three" just because you have 'lost' a situation. However, the player 'winning' the situation should be able to clearly justify the actions they've taken to achieve that win.

๐Ÿ’ฅ RDM โ€“ Random Deathmatch [*]

Random Deathmatch (RDM) is completely unacceptable when playing in Frisbee Gaming. You are required to have a proper, justifiable reason for engaging in any form of PvP with another individual. You must have dialogue and initiation to justifiably kill another player.

Consult the "Big Three" above and determine if what you are about to do answers those questions before taking any hostile action.

๐Ÿš— VDM โ€“ Vehicle Deathmatch

Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) is the act of using a vehicle against a player's character (not their vehicle).

You may never hit a player with a vehicle unless that player has opened fire on you while you are inside of it.

You may fire from a vehicle provided the "Big Three" have been consulted and resolved.

๐Ÿง  NVL โ€“ No Value of Life

NVL, or No Value of Life, refers to a failure to act as if your character values their life. From your character's perspective, they only have one life, and they must behave as though that life matters.

What is considered NVL?

Example: Four officers are standing at a coffee shop. You and one friend decide to attack them. There are two of you and four armed officers. This is not a realistic situation, nor are you valuing your life in doing so.

Example: If you're surrounded with guns pointed at your head, you wouldn't realistically pull out a gun and start shooting - that would result in your instant death.

Use common sense in these situations and always value your life appropriately.

๐ŸŽญ Role-Play is Priority Over Gun Play

Basic Rules of Engagement: Although this is a game, your character lives in a persistent world. They have ONE life. Mechanics may allow for respawn, but most injuries are not treated as lethal. That does not mean your character knows they can't die.

This rule applies equally to everyone: gang members, police, civilians, and more.

๐Ÿ“ Maximum Number Involved (MNI)

Criminal groups are limited to a maximum number of players during most criminal scenarios, depending on police presence. If you've received information through in-game means, you may not join a scenario if it takes you over the MNI limit.

LOW - 2 people per any robbery

MEDIUM - 3 per store robbery, 6 for everything else

HIGH - 4 per store robbery, 6 for everything else

Note: Scene limits within gang wars are defined separately in our gang specific ruleset provided to whitelisted groups.

If you have a valid reason to try and steal a robbery from another group, you may engage in a three-way fight (Robbers, Police, Counter-Robbers), as long as all proper initiation rules are followed.

Under no circumstances should two groups "team up." It must remain a free-for-all dynamic.

Limit Reminder: There should never be more than 4 total players per robbery scenario. The only exception is the Federal Bank - a group of 6 is allowed there.

๐Ÿ“‹ General Rules

Sexual harassment will not be tolerated in any way. Saying "it's my character" is not a valid excuse.

Toxic behavior of any kind can result in removal from the community. If you have an issue, bring it to Staff privately - do not stir drama or negativity.

Being homophobic, racist, sexist, or making harmful remarks (even as a joke) is not accepted and will not be tolerated.

A working, decent microphone is required. Please use Push-To-Talk (PTT) to avoid feedback and open-mic issues.

Stay in character at all times. If a problem arises, try to roleplay through it. If needed, report the issue on Discord after.

Criminal groups are limited to 4 players max per scenario. Relaying information (via lookouts, radios, phone calls, etc.) makes you part of that scenario.

Exception: The Federal Bank allows a group of 6 players.

We are a streamer-friendly community. All players must follow Twitch's TOS. This includes no copyrighted music or content on stream.

New players must be at least 18 years old to enter the city.

If you are under 18, you can be removed without trial for any reason at Staff discretion.

English is the primary language on the server. Infrequent use of another language for RP is allowed but must not affect others' ability to roleplay.

Voice changers are allowed, but the voice must still sound realistic and human.

โ›” Prohibited Forms of RP [*]

The following forms of roleplay are strictly prohibited on Frisbee Gaming and will result in disciplinary action if attempted:

Lethal bounty hunter / hitman roleplay

Rape

Erotic role play in PUBLIC PLACES

Terrorist roleplay

'Mentally ill' characters who use mental illness as a justification to make others uncomfortable

Suicide roleplay

These topics are not appropriate for this community. Keep your roleplay respectful, immersive, and safe for everyone.

This concludes the list of rules based on the sections you have provided.

๐Ÿงฉ Metagaming

Metagaming is the use of information your character did not learn in RP. This includes using outside knowledge or communication to gain an advantage in the server.

Example: If you're watching a livestream or video, you may not act on anything shown unless your character learns that information organically through RP.

While you're in the city, you may not be in a Discord call or use any other unauthorized 3rd-party communication software. All in-character communication must happen through in-game systems (e.g., phone, radio).

โšก Powergaming

Powergaming is the act of abusing game mechanics or roleplaying outside the limitations of your character in order to gain an unfair advantage.

Examples of Powergaming include:

Running/fighting immediately after being revived by EMS or police, or just after exiting the hospital.

Surviving a massive car crash and running away as if completely unharmed.

Using large weapons (Slot 1 or 2) without visibly carrying them beforehand or moving them there just before use.

Equipping a weapon mid-scene without properly using a bag/trunk and an emote.

Failing to use /me to notify others of something they should reasonably notice.

Example: If EMS uses /me checks over body, you should respond with something like /me is bleeding from gunshot wound in left leg.

Talking, organizing, or giving callouts while downed (e.g., telling friends where the cops are).

Not realistically fearing for your life when threatened - this also falls under No Value of Life (NVL).

Roleplaying as if you have unrealistic superpowers (e.g., reading minds, extreme strength, etc.).

Forcing another player to withdraw cash from a bank or ATM (not allowed).

Transferring money, items, keys, or weapons between your own characters (e.g., hiding guns in a bush for another of your characters to find).

Powergaming undermines roleplay and will be dealt with accordingly. Always play fair, stay in character, and use common sense.

๐Ÿ’ผ Job Abuse

Impersonation of police, government officials, or military personnel is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

Whitelisted jobs must not be used as a cover for committing crimes. This includes:

Car dealers using test vehicles for criminal activity

Weazel News reporters distributing drugs

Locking yourself into business locations to get away from police/gangs/confrontation

You may engage in criminal activity while off-duty (including whitelisted jobs), but if you're caught, you risk being fired or permanently removed from that position.

Abusing mechanics or scripts related to whitelisted or non-whitelisted jobs is also forbidden.

Examples of job abuse include (but are not limited to):

Police distributing weapons

EMS selectively reviving friends

Using job tools or vehicles in ways that aren't intended for roleplay

These systems exist to support immersive RP. Abusing them undermines the experience and will result in disciplinary action.

That is the final section you provided. All rules have now been formatted and added to the content.

๐Ÿ‘• Clothing Rules

Your character's clothing must appear realistic.

Untextured or glitched clothing such as chequered/default (0) shoes is prohibited.

Wearing any part of the GTA:O "Tron" suit (the glowing one) in any colour is strictly reserved for staff only.

Exemption: "Tron" shoes are allowed to be worn by the public.

Always make sure your character's appearance fits within the standards of immersive, believable roleplay.

๐ŸŽฎ Game Mechanics

Players must not exploit or misuse in-game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage or to engage in actions that provide no meaningful roleplay.

Examples of abuse include:

Tasing players without a valid RP reason

Cuffing people randomly or for fun

Sitting on ladders, rooftops, or unreachable spots just to avoid being caught

Multiple Characters in One Group:

You may not have multiple characters (your own alts) in the same group, gang, or storyline. For example, you cannot have two of your characters as members of the same gang or involved in the same criminal operations. Each character must have a separate and independent identity within the world.

Use mechanics as intended and always prioritize roleplay over exploits or technical workarounds.

๐Ÿฉบ Injuries and Getting Treatment

If you are injured and lying on the ground, you are not dead. You can still communicate and roleplay, but you must sound injured and refrain from sharing power/meta information.

If you have been knocked out (KO'd) by another player in a lethal situation, your memory of the event will be fuzzy and effectively forgotten.

Complaining on /report about not receiving help is prohibited.

You may be moved to the hospital using the Escort and Vehicle options in the radial menu.

However, if you call for EMS, you must give them time to respond before being transported to the hospital.

You are expected to roleplay your injuries, the journey to the hospital, and your treatment with EMS as realistically as possible.

If no one arrives to help you while downed, and after 10 minutes have passed, you may respawn early.

You will respawn at Hospital and may RP as being saved by medics; however, some of your items will be lost when they find you.

Note: You cannot respawn early if you're in an ongoing scenario with police, EMS, or other citizens.

If you're unsure whether you can respawn, feel free to /report or ask in Discord.

You are not permitted to deny EMS or police from reviving those who require it.

โ˜ ๏ธ Character Death

You cannot decide your character's death on your own or use /me dies to force it. Doing so is considered FailRP and will not be accepted.

Only EMS or Police can declare your character dead, and this must be done with your permission.

When police and/or EMS are on scene investigating your death, they will use /me - commands to determine whether or not you are truly dead.

EMS and police will keep the following conditions in mind when determining death:

Falling from great height

Drowning

Being burned (e.g., catching fire from a campfire, being burned with ignited gasoline, explosions)

Being near a large explosion

Purposely doing any of these to avoid being caught is considered FailRP.

While you can decide how your character dies, remember that your character is not immortal and is not immune to things that would kill a real person.

๐Ÿ†• New Life Rule[*]

IF YOU HAVE BEEN REVIVED: You may remember all events leading up to being knocked out.

IF YOU HAVE RESPAWNED: You must stay away from the location you respawned from for 15 minutes. You will not remember the events leading up to your respawn.

All text messages or in-game Discord messages also cannot be used to continue the scene if NLR has taken effect.

You may not respawn if:

You've been advised that police or EMS is on the way to your scene.

You are in an active scenario.

Revenge killing is strictly prohibited under any circumstance.

Example: If you were downed by a cop in a shootout, you cannot hunt down and target that same cop just to get revenge at a later time.

This rule ensures fairness, immersion, and prevents players from exploiting respawn mechanics for revenge or meta advantages.

๐Ÿ“œ Roleplay Information

Roleplay on Frisbee Gaming takes place in the fictional state of San Andreas, located somewhere within the United States of America. The state consists of one city, Los Santos, and two towns: Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay.

There is no publicly available document for the stateโ€™s laws, but there is an established Penal Code (PC) that Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) refer to when prosecuting unruly citizens. This code is not public at this time.

If you are unhappy with a law-related scenario, you may file a complaint or lawsuit. If you're still dissatisfied, you can raise a ticket with the staff.

Current Law Enforcement:

There is only one law enforcement agency in San Andreas: the Los Santos State Troopers, who have state-wide jurisdiction.

City Laws (not server rules):

  • Speed limit in city living areas: 30 MPH
  • Speed limit outside of living areas: 50 MPH
  • Speed limit on highways: 70 MPH, unless signs suggest otherwise.
  • Open-carry holsters of any kind are not allowed unless you have a license allowing you to carry one.
  • Marijuana is legal if you possess under 4g on your person or in your immediate vicinity (inside the car you are driving), or under 3 joints or 4 buds.
  • Home cultivation of cannabis plants is NOT allowed.
  • Any other drugs are illegal in any shape, form, or quantity.
  • Prescription medication is legal to possess only if you have a valid prescription.
  • Any weapon you can buy at the Ammu-Nation store with a valid weapons license is legal, unless you are a convicted felon.
  • Wearing a mask in public is not illegal, but you may be asked to remove it by an officer. Masks or voice alone cannot legally identify you.
  • Covid-19 (or any other disease) does not exist in the city, so no special rules (e.g., social distancing or mask mandates) are in effect.

๐Ÿ“ Roleplay Terminology, Keybinds, and Commands

Here are some common terms you should use in RP to maintain immersion. Please replace the words and phrases on the left with those on the right during roleplay. Not adhering to these suggestions may disrupt the experience for others and can be punishable:

๐Ÿ‘ค Characters

When creating a character, you are not just putting a name on a model. You are creating a life to live. Your character's name and likeness should be original and NOT based on pre-existing characters from the Grand Theft Auto series, movies, TV shows, comic books, etc.

Things to consider when creating a character:

Personality traits: Is your character shy or confident? Hardworking or lazy? Give your character both strengths and weaknesses.

Background: Where does your character come from? This doesn't need to be detailed, but it will help shape how they react to situations. Stick to your character's traits!

Character Evolution: Let the consequences of your actions shape the evolution of your character. How do they react based on their experiences?

Your character cannot be involved in everything. They shouldn't be a Lawyer/Gangster/Psycho who sells drugs, robs banks, and kills people. If you want to explore different aspects, create another character and start a new story with them.

Be mindful of how you enter on-going scenarios. Don't inject yourself into others' storylines unless there's a legitimate reason to do so. You can interact with people to see if opportunities emerge, but don't disrupt a storyline if your character's story hasn't naturally led up to it.

Your character can follow any path you choose, but we ask that you keep it realistic. If your character works at a whitelisted job (excluding PD), all but the boss of that job can commit crimes. However, the boss may fire you if you're found guilty of murder or another severe felony.

Once your character reaches or fails to reach their goals, it may be time to consider bringing that character's story to an end.

โšฐ๏ธ Perma-death

A player may decide that events in their character's story have led to their character being dead for good. This decision, while entirely up to the player, will have a significant impact not only on your character's story, but on the stories of others as well.

When choosing to end a character's life permanently, you must consider the broader consequences of such a decision. It should be a well-thought-out part of your character's narrative and should respect the ongoing roleplay of others involved. Your character will be permanently deleted, this will be overseen by staff in a call.

๐Ÿค Interactions

While playing on Frisbee Gaming, you will interact with many different characters, ranging from government officials, law enforcement, small business owners, to various criminals and other characters. The goal is for players to provide each other with an immersive roleplay experience and help contribute to each other's stories.

Under no circumstances should you force your characters into situations where interactions are unrealistic or feel out of place. Every interaction should feel natural within the context of the story and should help build a shared narrative.

๐Ÿš‘ EMS

If you are downed (whether by accident or on purpose), you must wait for police or EMS to arrive. When help arrives, both sides should strive to provide a positive and immersive scenario for each other.

EMS personnel will act in a professional manner during the situation, and the civilian/criminal should roleplay their injuries to the best of their ability.

Use of the /ME command to provide EMS with extra information regarding vitals and injuries is encouraged, as it helps improve the roleplay experience.

๐Ÿ‘ฎ Police

Police officers will behave in a professional manner towards the public and each other. The public is expected to show a general base level of respect, similar to how one would treat police officers in real life. (Avoid being disrespectful or aggressive toward officers, especially during your first interaction - such behavior should occur naturally, if at all.)

Keep in mind, police officers have the discretion to reduce fines and sentencing based on the circumstances and quality of roleplay. Good roleplay is often rewarded during exchanges with officers.

Conversely, if you act salty or toxic toward officers, they may be more likely to maximize your fines or sentencing.

๐Ÿ’€ Criminals

Here are some things to consider when creating a criminal character. Do not rush to become a master criminal on day one. Let your character make connections and learn how crime works in the city.

Eventually, your character may come into contact with or learn about the structure of the current criminal world. All criminals should work their way up the criminal hierarchy, and this "climb" will be an important part of their overall story. Making connections with other criminals will help evolve your character's narrative.

It's important to note that if you are considered a 'hangaround' with an organization, you cannot involve yourself in any organization business that could lead to a PvP situation.

Criminals should be mindful of the attention their actions may generate from law enforcement. You should space out your crimes. If you repeatedly commit crimes within a short time frame, you should expect increased police attention, longer jail time, and higher fines. (It also isn't much fun for cops to have no downtime to resupply or take a break.)

If you partake in criminal activity, ensure you have enough OOC time to complete the interaction with all involved. If a situation takes too long, you must inform others that you need to leave the scene. Logging out before completion will count as a combat log, and any fines or penalties from a police-criminal interaction will still be applied.

While organizations are expected to work together from time to time, conflict is also essential. Conflict and cooperation both add depth and interest to stories. Avoid creating large alliances that never have any conflict.

Additionally, if you are engaging with another organization/group in a PvP situation, such as during a war or takeover, you must wear clear gang colors or a uniform. Attackers must be identifiable in their own colors and uniform.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Whitelisted Positions

Whitelisted positions are held to higher roleplay standards than the rest of the community. These positions exist primarily to provide a deeper story and more engagement within the community. The focus of whitelisted jobs is on roleplay and the story of the city, not on financial gain or personal reputation. These roles are a service to others.

While you may be part of an organization if you hold a whitelisted job, it could negatively affect your position depending on the nature of your organization's activities. It is recommended to keep these lives separate. You can work a whitelisted position and still take part in criminal activities. However, if you are caught and charged with a crime, and the police deem it worthwhile to notify your employer, you could face suspension or termination based on the severity of the crime.

If you are part of a whitelisted job, you are allowed to engage in the following criminal activities without the risk of employment termination:

Street Racing

Speeding

Minor Traffic Offenses

You may also participate in the following activities, but if caught, a trial will be held and termination from your job is possible:

Small-time drug manufacture and distribution

Harbouring a fugitive

Aiding and abetting

It is strictly prohibited for whitelisted job Bosses to partake in criminal activities outside of the listed actions.

๐Ÿšซ DO NOT ABUSE YOUR WHITELISTED STATUS

Do not fear resignation from a position you're not enjoying. You are welcome and encouraged to apply for other roles if you feel it's a better fit for your character and roleplay.

Accents and Stereotyping

Our stance on accents and stereotyping is that they may be used for characters, provided it is done tastefully and respectfully. We do not tolerate ridicule or mockery of any race, color, sexual orientation, or other protected identities.

Creating characters to parody current world issues is strictly forbidden. Be mindful that even if roleplaying a character of color, racially charged slurs or terms will not be tolerated. For example, calling your friend the "N-word" just because you're both roleplaying black characters is not tolerated.

For example, calling your friend the "N-word" just because you're both roleplaying black characters is not tolerated.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Robbing Another Player

Robbing must have a valid roleplay reason. Robbing solely for the purpose of gaining money or items is not permitted.

Chain robbing (robbing anyone or anything repeatedly in succession) is not allowed.

You may loot/rob players or Kill players but NOT both, but keep the above in mind when doing so.

Robbing a player who is using or has just used an ATM, bank, or garage is not allowed.

You may not steal Patreon benefit items under any circumstances.

You are not allowed to force another player to use an ATM or Bank (ForceRP).

You are not permitted to rob on-duty government jobs, including Police, EMS, Mechanic, Car Dealer, DOCS, or DOJ employees.

There is no limit to how much you can steal or scam from another player, as long as it falls within these rules. However, note that Staff will not issue refunds for losses. Be mindful of carrying excessive amounts of money and choose your associates wisely.

You are not allowed to scam players with properties or cars. For example, "selling" a car or house, getting money from the player, and not transferring the car or house is not allowed.

If a police officer is taken hostage, they cannot be robbed. However, you are allowed to use /me to protect yourself, such as /me takes officer's firearm. Proper planning is required in any situation involving Law Enforcement.

๐Ÿ”’ Kidnapping a Player

Kidnapping another player must have a valid roleplay reason behind it. You cannot kidnap for the sole purpose of personal gain or as a means of disrupting the roleplay.

You may not kidnap on-duty government job employees, including police, EMS, mechanics, car dealers, DOCS, and DOJ employees.

You may only kidnap on-duty police officers if there is a "high" police presence on the server. Before attempting to kidnap, you must ask the officer if there are enough officers on duty at the time of capture, and the officer must answer truthfully.

If the criteria for a high police presence are not met, you are required to immediately release the officer. The officer may not use the attempted kidnapping for prosecution purposes in this case.

๐Ÿ’ฃ Robberies

The grace period between each robbery is 20 minutes. This "cooldown" applies to a group of players, and all players involved in a robbery must wait before committing another one. For example, you cannot rob another store within 20 minutes of robbing one.

Chain robbing anything or anyone is not permitted.

The maximum member allowance for a robbery includes all players involved: inside the store, outside the store, and escape vehicle drivers.

Aircraft may not be used in store robberies or any other small-time crime.

You may not begin any robbery within 30 minutes of a server restart.

๐Ÿ”’ Hostages [*]

Hostages must be genuine and not be a willing participant in the scenario. You cannot take a gang member or anyone who is "willing" as a hostage.

Cops may only be taken hostage when there is a "high" police presence on the server.

A hostage is someone you are using as leverage or bargaining power to gain upper hand and/or freedom.

Hostages must remain at the scene and may not be transported to a secondary location.

No secondary hostages can be held at another location. Hostages must be visible to the police or shown when requested.

You are not allowed to kill a complying hostage. If the police attempt to rescue the hostages, the hostages can be killed or injured.

Following players can NOT be used as a hostage: [*]

Associates, friends, and paid hostages.

On-duty EMS.

Other on-duty whitelisted employees who are not actively with a customer.

On-duty police, unless there is a "high" police presence on the server.

First responding officer.

Unarmed negotiator when they enter the building at your request.

Any NPC (local) cannot and will not be considered a hostage.

Demands and Negotiations:

Negotiations must take place face-to-face, not through Twitter, phone, or radio.

Examples of reasonable demands:

Free passage to your getaway vehicle.

No use of spike strips.

No GPS tracking.

Calling off air support.

Examples of unreasonable demands (not limited to):

"Leave or we shoot." You cannot demand police to leave the area.

Ordering all police to stand outside their vehicles.

Any amount of money

If you have no hostage, police have the right to open fire at any time. However, interaction and demands can be discussed first, as a shootout is a last resort.

Officers will not breach a situation if they have agreed to let you out.

Officers cannot expect players to 'drop weapons' as part of negotiation. They may request it, but should not deny reasonable demands with other reasonable compromises. Dropping weapons is not a valuable trade for free passage, but exiting a store with sheathed (holstered) weapons should be accepted for free passage.

Police should always allow for demands to be heard.

Both sides must allow each other to speak during negotiations. If the police are preparing to enter, it must be stated clearly. If criminals are preparing to leave, they should announce it clearly.

Officers may breach at any time if no contact is made by suspects inside.

If an officer enters the building to speak to you, they will have all arms holstered and you may not take them hostage or open fire at them. They will be free to leave the building as required.

All sides must honor any demands they have agreed to.

๐Ÿ’ฃ Gang Backup and Reinforcements [*]

Your life is as valuable as anyone else's. Just because you are part of a gang doesn't mean you can ignore the NVL rule, even if your whitelisted gang is considered "hardened."

When carrying out your actions, you must always be mindful of your surroundings. Witnesses, CCTV, etc., can be used as evidence for an investigation.

If your organization has reinforcements arrive, they must be clearly identifiable in gang colors or uniform to be considered "involved."

If any non-involved parties appear during a situation, they may be treated as unannounced reinforcements. Be aware that unannounced reinforcements attending scenes involving police will be considered a threat, and officers may escalate their presence and force if necessary.

If reinforcements arrive during a police situation, they should be in direct in-game communication with those already involved. If your reinforcements are there to provide PvP support, they should not be the ones to open fire initially.

Under no circumstances can reinforcements arrive at a police situation without being in organization colors/uniform or without being called for by those already involved.

Police should view reinforcements as an escalation of force on the gang's part, and they should act accordingly. However, this by itself does not grant the police the authority to use lethal force or end any negotiations. Consider NVL, especially if you are grossly outnumbered.

The maximum number of criminals involved rule applies to all gang-related situations. Backup may not insert themselves into situations that are already established or where the gang side has more members than allowed. Backup that arrives but cannot insert themselves into the situation must not follow officers or their fellow gang members (during, for example, a vehicle pursuit) and should stay a safe distance away to avoid appearing hostile.

A situation is considered "established" once the first officer arrives on the scene.

Takeover System:

Any organization may attempt a takeover every six hours.

You are required to be in organization colors/uniform when attempting a takeover or at the very least, ensure everyone is in matching clothing for easy identification.

You may not have allies, hangarounds, or non-affiliated people aiding you in a takeover.

To defend against a takeover, you must reach the point and "Start Takeover" to stop the takeover in progress.

A takeover can be taken over immediately after you've claimed it.

When responding to, or attempting a takeover, 'redzone' rules apply. You may open fire on anyone at any time if you believe they are making moves regarding the takeover in progress.

๐Ÿš” Police Interaction [*]

Prolonged Twitter drama between police and civilians is not permitted.

Always value your freedom when interacting with the police and facing the possibility of being detained or jailed. Purposely acting to get jailed or fined may result in punishment at a staff level. Examples of this, but not limited to:

Failure to follow lawful orders

Talking about dealing drugs or selling weapons in police presence

Doing illegal actions in front of police

Pulling out weapons in view of police

Not taking your arrest seriously

No lethal action may be taken by either the police or the criminals' side after proper negotiations have taken place and both sides agree, at the active scene. If an agreement cannot be reached, only then can lethal activity commence.

Use of spike strips during street racing will result in demotion and a strike within the department.

Police will give a verbal warning before shooting. The only exception is if a person is actively threatening them (such as aiming a weapon at an officer).

Running away from an officer who has their firearm drawn/pointed at you is not considered NVL, however, the level of force used may increase.

Running at or attempting to tackle an officer who is pointing a firearm at you is considered NVL. Whether you are armed or unarmed does not matter in this case.

Pulling out a weapon and attempting to shoot police while you are surrounded by them is considered NVL.

๐Ÿš‘ Emergency Vehicle Rules

You may steal an emergency vehicle provided the "Big Three" have been consulted. Note that it is not permitted to steal an emergency vehicle for joyriding or for the purpose of causing harassment.

These vehicles are considered 'Emergency Vehicles':

You are not allowed to steal test cars or use them in any kind of criminal activity.

If you are in a test car and you are signaled to pull over, you must comply.
